Our prices are quoted in Euro for the entire chalet per day plus local tax - plus deposit (see below for more information).
- For short stays of up to 3 days, surcharge will be charged.
- The final cleaning is not included in the price and is 260.00 € for the chalet.
- For a reservation we require a deposit of 3 days.
- We do not accept credit cards and debit cards.
- The Austrian Hotel Regulations are applied.
- Pets are not allowed! All information without guarantee.
Information
Arrival & Departure
Please note that your apartment or room is ready for occupancy at the earliest from 3:00 pm on the arrival day. If you would like to arrive earlier, please contact us. On the departure day your apartment or room should be vacated until 9:00 am. If you arrive after 7:00 pm, please notify us.
Deposit
For a fixed booking we require a deposit of 3 days.
Deposit
A deposit of € 500.00 per stay will be collected upon arrival. Any damages will be charged and deducted from the deposit. The balance will be returned at the end of the stay.
Pets
Pets are not allowed at our place.
Internet Connection
Free Wi-Fi is available in the entire house.
Children
For our little guests: a cot and a highchair are provided free of charge upon request.
Short stay
For a short stay up to 3 nights we charge a surcharge of 15% on the daily rate.
Location
A fantastic place with a view of the beautiful mountains. Distance to the nearest ski lift is (Nassereinbahn) 2 km, to the centre of St. Anton - 3 km.
Parking
In front of the Chalet is a parking lot for maximum 5 cars.
Smoking
Our whole house is a non-smoking area for the general well-being. We ask for your understanding.
Ski bus-Shuttle Service
A free ski bus runs during the day and takes you to the cable cars and directly to the centre of St. Anton. In the evening there is a night bus for a fee (at the beginning of December at weekends and daily from mid-December).
Ski depot
For skis, boards and shoes (heated) directly at the valley station (Galzigbahn or Nassereinbahn) at our partner Intersport Arlberg - included in the price.
Ski passes
The ski passes can be purchased directly for cash in our house. We are kindly asking for reservation!
Cancellation
Booked stay 1.November to 30. April
- booking date until 3 Months before arrival - 40% from total price
- 3 Months before arrival and in case of no-show - 90% of the total price
- in case of early departure - 100% from the total price
booked stay between 01st Mai and 31st Oktober
- you may cancel your booking without charge up to 15 days prior to your arrival
- 14 days up to 1 day prior to your arrival: a fee of 100% of the booking amount applies
- In case of later arrival and/or earlier departure or a No-Show we will charge the total booking amount.
- A deposit(money transfer) of 30% of the reserved stay is required at the time of booking to guarantee reservations.
We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance!
Payment
Please note that we do not accept credit and debit cards. We are kindly asking for transfer of the total invoice amount at least two weeks before arrival.
